You bought the AI platform.
Someone still has to operate it.
I operate AI GTM systems for founders and revenue leaders. Volume held under the caps, deliverability kept green, and a human approval gate in front of every first send. The software was the easy part.
Free. 12 questions. Scored on the spot. No call. Built for Alta. Running something else? Email me.
Every send passes a human gate. That is the point.
complaint rate
cap 0.08%
bounce rate
pause at 5%
daily sends per mailbox
cap 50
These are the limits I hold.
Why the platform is not producing
AI SDR platforms fail in the deployment, not in the demo. Three patterns cover most of it.
Judged in month one
These systems need 60 to 90 days of daily tuning before the pipeline is real. Most teams cancel or coast before that. The subscription keeps billing either way.
Infrastructure debt
Sending volume without warmed domains, ramp schedules, and weekly deliverability checks burns your domain reputation. Meetings stop and nobody knows why.
Nobody owns it
The platform needs an operator: 30 to 45 minutes a day, every day. At most companies that buy one, that person does not exist. That is the job I do.
Three rules, every deployment
Nothing here is impressive. It is the part that decides whether the rest works.
- 1
Volume stays under the caps. Google and Microsoft publish complaint-rate thresholds. I hold sending below them on purpose, even when the platform would go higher.
- 2
Deliverability stays green. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, ramp. Checked weekly, logged, and acted on before meetings stop, not after.
- 3
A human approves every first touch. No first message leaves without a person reading it. That is the gate in the animation above, and it is not a metaphor.
An agency selling volume cannot publish these rules. I can.
The stack I run
I work inside your accounts, on the platforms you already pay for.
- Alta. The deep end. I run one deployment end to end: campaigns, Compass, deliverability, CRM sync, the weekly loop.
- HubSpot and Salesforce.CRM hygiene, field mapping, sequence logic, the data your outreach depends on.
- GoHighLevel.Agency-side pipelines and automation.
- Airtable. The operating layer for lists, ledgers, and reporting.
- n8n.The connective tissue between everything above.
- Claude, Claude Code, and MCP.How I build and run the automation itself.
- Clay.Enrichment and list building where a client's motion needs it.
Three steps, no call required
- 1
Readiness Check. Free, self-serve, 3 minutes. Tells you whether your deployment can work as configured, and where it is weakest.
- 2
Deployment Audit. $1,500 fixed. I inspect the live deployment and deliver a written fault list with fix order. No call required, before or after.
- 3
Managed operation, $3,500/month, by application.
Where the case studies would normally go
There are no testimonials here yet. I operate one live Alta deployment for one client, and I will not publish numbers I cannot source or a logo wall I have not earned. When there are results I can publish with permission, they will be here, with the numbers. Until then, judge the work directly: the readiness check is a working sample of how I build, and you are inside it in one click.
