## The twelve questions

### 1. Can you describe, from memory, exactly who Katie is targeting this week?

- We have a written ICP and Katie's filters match it.
- We have a rough idea. It is not written down.
- Katie works a broad list we imported at setup.
- I am not sure what Katie is targeting right now.

### 2. Where did the current prospect list come from?

- Alta ICP search, tuned within the last 30 days.
- A CSV we imported from an older tool or purchase.
- Whatever synced in from the CRM, uncleaned.
- I don't know.

### 3. What state is the CRM connection in?

- Two-way sync is live and we verified the field mapping.
- Sync is on but the fields are messy.
- We have a CRM but never connected it.
- We don't have a CRM.

### 4. How filled in is Compass, Alta's knowledge base?

- Pitch, competitors, objections, and proof are in, updated in the last 60 days.
- It was filled at onboarding and untouched since.
- Mostly empty.
- I don't know what Compass is.

### 5. A prospect replies "why should I care?" Does your configured messaging contain a specific answer with a number in it?

- Yes. Concrete proof points with numbers.
- We have claims, but no numbers behind them.
- The messaging is whatever the AI generated. We have not edited it.

### 6. What domains does Katie send from?

- Separate secondary domains, warmed at least 3 weeks before volume.
- Our primary company domain.
- I don't know what domains the outreach uses.

### 7. How is mailbox sending volume set?

- Capped low per mailbox with a ramp schedule.
- We set it during onboarding and have not looked since.
- We raised limits to get more meetings.

### 8. Who checks deliverability, and how often?

- Someone reviews bounces and spam placement weekly.
- We look when replies dry up.
- Never checked it.

### 9. Who reviews Katie's conversations and replies, and how often?

- A named owner, at least 30 minutes every working day.
- Someone checks a few times a week.
- It runs on autopilot.

### 10. What is your approval flow for outgoing messages?

- A human approves messages, at minimum the first sends of every new campaign.
- Auto-send with occasional spot checks.
- Auto-send. We never review outbound.

### 11. How did you size the outbound volume you are running?

- From pipeline math: deal size, close rate, meetings needed per month.
- From a rough revenue goal.
- We bought Alta to get more meetings and turned it on.

### 12. What timeline are you holding this system to?

- Around 90 days to stable pipeline, and we planned for that.
- We expected results inside the first month.
- If this month does not produce, we are cancelling.

The check itself adds what this page does not: your score, the diagnosis per dimension, and a fix list for your three weakest answers.
